Get Kids Going
The principal aim of " get kids going" is to provide disabled children and young people up to the age of 26yrs with sports wheelchairs and also to give them the oportunity of participating in sports by helping them with their sports training,travel to sorting events etc... Activites include giving diabled children the opportunities to particiapte in sports which include: Marathons, Athletics, skiing, Rugby, Basketball, Fencing, Tennis, Snooker - by porviding them withspecially built wheelchairs. Also helps with the provision of manual wheelchairs,trikes for children to use every day,at home,to go to school and enable them to play with their friends,but is a secondary support element.

Gingerbread Advice Line
Helpline open Monday 10am-7pm, Tue-Fri 10am-4pm. Offer advice and information for lone parents based on the indivisual's needs and circumstances. Gives information and advice across a wide range of issues, including child maintenance, benfits and housing advice, rights, reponsibilities and the exploration of options for dealing with problems and opportunities.

Graeae Theatre Co
A professional equity company set up to encourage active participation by people with disabilities in the performing arts. It runs a programme of workshops and has a National Touring Company.

Greater London Action on Disability
Previously known as Greater London Association of Disabled People. GLAD is the capital wide forum for disability issues. National and regional voluntary organisations work with GLAD to remain up to date and help to shape developments in London. The information helpline is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 1:30 and 4:30pm. GLAD publishes a monthly magazine London Disability News and Disability Update, a fortnightly current awareness bulletin giving information gathered from over 100 journals. Also publish Boadicea,bi-monthly newsletter for disabled women.
