Ehlers-Danlos Support Group
Aims to inform, encourage and assist those with EDS and their family members as well as providing information for members of the medical profession. Produces booklets on EDS and a booklet on 'Pregnancy and Childbirth in EDS'. Information sheets are available on various aspects of EDS also a video.A newsletter 'Fragile Links' and audio tapes are also available. Members can communicate with each other for mutual support and exchange of ideas.

Elderly Accommodation Counsel
Keeps a National Database of private, voluntary and charity accommodation for older people - including retirement housing and Abbeyfield Style Accommodation, residential care, nursing homes and terminal hospices.

Employers' Forum on Disability
This is a national employers' organization which deals with disability and employment. It aims to improve job prospects for people with disabilities and enable employers to recruit, retrain and develop disabled employees. Subgroup - Broadcasters' Disability Network'. Aims to promote and support best practice in the portrayal and employment of disabled people in the broadcasting industry and to combat discrimination and support individual rights within the media.

Encephalitis Support Group
Telephone support, linking families for mutual support. Providing information about encephalitis, professional support and entitlements. Setting up local groups. Increasing awareness of the condition and especially the subsequent problems by; literature, workshops, conferences. Raising funds for research.

English Sports Council
Provide details of sport specific organizations. Also liaises with the national disability organizations and the governing bodies of sport and other relevant agencies

Enuresis Resources and Information Centre
The Enuresis Resource and Information Centre is a national charity which provides advice and information to children, parents, young adults and health professionals on the common and stressful condition of nocturnal enuresis or bedwetting. It is the first of its kind in the world. ERIC has a telephone Helpline service for children, parents and professionals as well as a range of bedding protection and enuresis alarms. It also has a pen pal scheme.

Ergonomics Society
The society aims to educate and increase awareness among the general public, industry, health and social care staff and the government about the importance of ergonomics in our everyday life. It maintains a register of professional ergonomists, and registered consultancies, publishes advice and basic information.

Erna Low
Erna Low's adaptine skiing brochure is designed for people who have a physical disability and wish to ski independently with their families or friends.Focusing on the three top French ski resorts of La PLagne,Tignes and Avoriaz,accommodation has been carefully selected for it's easy access as well as being strategically located on the slopes,avoiding steps and difficult approaches. Different types of ski options are available, including Mono -sit skiing,Bi -sit skiing for those with less balance, three track for amputees and four track.

Ex- Services Mental Welfare Society
Founded in 1919 we are the only organization providing assistance to ex-service men and women of all ranks of the services and merchant navy suffering from mental health problems due to their service career. We can offer up to 3 weeks respite care and counselling in one of our treatment centres in Ayrshire,Shropshire and Surrey.We have a network of 12 welfare officers who visit in home or hospital and can help with war pensions and appeals.Information packs are available.

Ex-Services Mental Welfare Society
To provide assistance to men and women of all ranks,"suffering injury to the mind", who have served in the Armed Forces and Merchant Navy.

Eyecare Information Service
The Eyecare Information Service provides the public with generic advice and assists on all eye related matters including eye care and eye wear.
